Honourable Ayitey, assembly member for Yakoko, Kwadjo Fosu electoral area has expressed his appreciation to the traditional council of Yakoko for their immense support during the reshaping of the Yakoko Kwadwo Fosu electoral area roads.

In an interview with the media, he addressed the challenges he went through to get support for the reshaping of the road.

“I really suffered before having this machine today to reshape the road for the good people in the electoral area.

Ayensuano is a mess when it comes to issue with roads and this has really made the assembly excavator very busy and also difficult to get when you are an assembly member and have issues with the roads in your electoral area.

Am very glad that what I have been fighting for over a year and half is now yielding positive results.

Due to the bad road network in my electoral area, market women, drivers, farmers and even pregnant women cry day in and day out.

My key vision as an assembly man is to provide good road network and also provide portable drinking water for my people. After the road construction, any other thing will be given to my people soon.

The assembly man concluded by praising the Omanhene of Yakoko, Barima Okata Amoah II, saying if not by his financial support by providing two days disel for the operators ,the machine won’t be able to work.

Barima Okata Amoah has used his own finances in reshaping this particular road two years ago and this time around providing diesel for the work to be done.
