Hon. Isaac Awuku-Yibor, Member of Parliament for Domeabra-Obom constituency, has encouraged students at Okoman MA Basic School in the Ga South Municipality, Accra, to prioritize academic excellence and discipline. He made this call during the school’s 4th Speech and Prize Giving Day on July 23, 2025, themed “Educating the Ghanaian Child is Power in Disguise.”
“Change your mindset,” he advised. “Don’t see your location as a limitation. With hard work, you can achieve greatness.”
The MP also donated two street lamps to enhance school security and reaffirmed his commitment to improving infrastructure in the constituency, including access to clean water, better roads, and enhanced educational facilities. He urged parents to be supportive, firm, and hold their children in high esteem.
