Lawyer Francis-Xavier Kojo Sosu has filed his nomination to contest the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary primaries in the Madina Constituency.

Speaking after filing his nomination forms, the lawmaker lauded supporters for coming out to support him and assured that, he will secure 95 percent of the votes at the end of the primaries.

He indicated that, with only two years in Parliament, he has delivered well on the mandate the people of Madina gave him, through projects, programs and legislations he has championed in parliament.

He said “the last two years that Madina has given me, to my best estimation I believe that, i have delivered well on the mandate the people of Madina have given me through all the programs, projects and pieces of legislations I have championed in Parliament.”

He outlined some of his achievements as an opposition MP in two years which are, introducing Nine Member Bill in Parliament, Organized Ten Medical Outreaches in Madina to provide Health Care to Constituents, Awarding Best Teacher in Madina with car, linking Six Thousand People to decent jobs in Madina under his Madina Job Centre initiative, scholarship awards, introducing Youth in Driving and many more.

Mr Sosu believes that, the people of Madina will not only endorse him, but will overwhelmingly endorse John Dramani Mahama as the next president of Ghana.
