Ghanaian football legend, Asamoah Gyan, has offered some unconventional advice to pastors across the country. In a recent statement, the former Black Stars captain pleaded with pastors to keep their church services brief, focusing on quality over quantity.

According to Gyan, lengthy church services can be a turn-off for potential attendees. He suggested that services should ideally last no more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. By keeping services concise, Gyan believes that churches can attract and retain more members.

“The longer the church service, the more boring it becomes,” Gyan noted. “If pastors can keep their services short and impactful, I believe more people will be encouraged to attend church.”
